Days of Operation:
GoodmanRepairParts.com accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. We observe the same holiday schedule as our shipping carriers and are closed on the following dates: New Years Day – Good Friday – Memorial Day – Independence Day – Labor Day – Thanksgiving Day – Black Friday – Christmas Eve – Christmas Day – New Year’s Eve.
GoodmanRepairParts.com uses FedEx to ship a majority of repair parts sold by GoodmanRepairParts.com. Please see the FedEx website for more information on shipping times.
In order to expedite certain deliveries, UPS or USPS Priority Mail may be used at our discretion. All orders received after 5:00pm EST will begin processing the following business day. All orders received after 5:00pm EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. Please see FedEx’s website for more information regarding holiday service days/hours.
Due to parts sourcing from regional fulfillment centers, please allow 3-4 business days to process and ship your order during seasonal peak demand.
Please be advised that expedited shipping is the duration of your shipping time, which begins AFTER your order has been picked up by the shipper. Expedited shipping time does NOT include the time necessary to process your order. GoodmanRepairParts.com does not offer expedited processing service.
Parts that are included free of charge with the purchase of another part usually ship with the purchased part. Free parts that ship separately from the purchased part will be shipped free of charge via USPS Priority Mail regardless of the shipping type chosen for the paid part.
Once the repair part leaves the warehouse facilities and transfers to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for the repair part shifts to said carrier. At this point GoodmanRepairParts.com has no control over delays or damage which may occur during shipping.
By purchasing repair parts and accessories from GoodmanRepairParts.com you affirm that any claims regarding shipping damage or delays are the responsibility of said shipping carrier.
Dimensional Weight Shipping:
GoodmanRepairParts.com uses shipping software provided to us by our shipping carriers. Shipping carriers use “dimensional weight” as a basis for the calculation of your shipping charges. Dimensional weight reflects a package’s density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight. For each shipment, your charge is based on the dimensional weight or actual weight of the package — whichever is greater. Dimensional weight usually only impacts oversized shipments such as heat exchangers and fan blades as they are considered lightweight relative to their packaging size.
Tracking information is forwarded to our customers as quickly as we receive it from the the fulfillment center that your part is sourced from. This can sometimes take up to 48 hours AFTER your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we know how important it is for you to get your part in a timely manner.
GoodmanRepairParts.com restricts shipments to addresses within the United States exclusively. Customers from Canada wishing to make purchases with U.S. shipping addresses may do so using PayPal at checkout.
Delays and Back-Orders:
If there is an extended delay in shipping your part, or if the part is on back-order, we will notify you as soon as we know. You can cancel the order for any part that is delayed in shipping if the part has not yet shipped.
Order Cancellation Requests:
Should you decide to cancel your order, you must email your order cancellation request using the contact form on the “Contact Us” page. Once your order cancellation request is received, we will do our best to cancel your order for a full refund. If your order has not begun processing we will cancel your order, refund your purchase, and reply with a cancellation acknowledgement. Please note that effective October 11, 2019 PayPal fees are non-refundable on returns or cancellations. For more information on PayPal’s refund policies please contact PayPal @ (888) 221-1161.
Orders that have begun processing and/or have a tracking number cannot be cancelled and are subject to forfeiture of original shipping charges once the part is returned. Forfeiture of original shipping charges, return shipping charges, PayPal fees, and a 20% restocking fee will be levied if the cancelled parts are refused and/or returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returned parts that shipped with “Free Shipping” are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Order cancellation requests MUST be made via email only, and that cancellation requests left on voicemail will NOT be honored.

Risk of Loss:
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
If the shipping carrier delivers a damaged package, please open it immediately to determine if there are damages to the contents. If there are, immediately contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs.
GoodmanRepairParts.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping carrier.
Warranty and Return Policy:
(1) Repair Part Quality:
GoodmanRepairParts.com warrants that the repair parts purchased on this website are new and have never been previously sold, installed, or used prior to their purchase. GoodmanRepairParts.com warrants that the repair parts purchased on this website leave our shipping points in the same condition as they would if a technician were to purchase them from a Goodman Distributor.
(2) Non-Electrical Repair Parts Warranty:
GoodmanRepairParts.com warrants all non-electrical parts from manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase. If a non-electrical part fails during this period due to manufacturer defect, GoodmanRepairParts.com will provide a free replacement part to you. In the event the part is no longer available for any reason, GoodmanRepairParts.com will allow a credit toward the purchase of an equivalent repair part (at current suggested repair part selling price). Parts that have been installed and fail under warranty are non-refundable. Expendable supplies i.e. filters, are not covered by any warranty.
Defective parts that are under warranty must be returned with prior authorization to GoodmanRepairParts.com to receive replacement part credit. Defective parts that are returned for replacement must be returned with shipping costs prepaid. If you have a defective part, we will ship you a new part upon receipt of the defective part. Customer will not be charged shipping to send out replacement part. Replacement parts are shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail regardless of shipping method used at purchase.
Warrantied parts cannot be sent out prior to receipt of defective parts unless customer chooses to pay for replacement parts in advance. Customer will receive a refund of the replacement parts cost once the defective part is received by GoodmanRepairParts.com.
Non-Electrical Parts Return Policy:
If you order the wrong part or decide you no longer need the part we will allow you to return non-electrical parts in their original like new packaging within 30 days of your purchase. Parts that have been installed are non-refundable and will be returned to the buyer. Parts that have been replaced under warranty are non-refundable. Please note there is a 20 percent restocking fee and the original shipping charges are non-refundable if the item already shipped. Parts that are returned for restocking must be returned with shipping costs prepaid. Parts returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be refused and returned to the sender. Merchandise return requests must be made via email only. Please note that effective October 11, 2019 PayPal fees are non-refundable on returns or cancellations.
(3) Electrical Repair Parts Warranty:
GoodmanRepairParts.com warrants all electrical parts from manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase and can be exchanged for a factory new replacement part if that part fails within one year of purchase. Obvious signs of misuse, incorrect wiring, improper installation, etc. will negate the one year replacement warranty.
Defective parts that are under warranty must be returned with prior authorization to GoodmanRepairParts.com to receive replacement part credit. Parts that are returned for warranty replacement must be returned with shipping costs prepaid. Customer will not be charged shipping to send out replacement part. Replacement parts are shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail regardless of shipping method used at purchase. Electrical Parts Return Policy:
Electrical parts are sold as is, new in the original factory packaging and are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy is an HVAC industry standard because there is no way to test an electrical part once it leaves the warehouse and we cannot sell electrical parts as “new” if they have been previously sold.
Refund Policy For Products Purchased Using PayPal:

(4) Special Order Items:
Special order items are non-returnable and non refundable. However, electrical and non-electrical special order parts do carry a full one year warranty and can be exchanged for a factory new replacement part if that part fails within one year of purchase. Goodman Equipment that is Currently Under Warranty:
For Goodman equipment that is currently under warranty and requires repair, you will need to contact your local Goodman dealer to facilitate repair and warranty replacement. GoodmanRepairParts.com DOES NOT offer warranty service on Goodman parts or equipment currently covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product you receive. Images may not depict the actual part or parts being offered and stock images may be used. Purchasers are advised to select parts based upon the model number of their equipment, or the part number that they are replacing. Model and Serial Number:
When ordering parts, the model and serial number of the Goodman equipment will be very helpful in verifying you have selected the correct repair part for your unit. We request this information to ensure that the part being ordered is a part of the Goodman equipment you are repairing. Failure to supply a Goodman model and serial number at checkout may prevent you, the customer, from purchasing parts from GoodmanRepairParts.com.
Local, State and Federal laws:
GoodmanRepairParts.com will not knowingly sell parts to consumers that will in anyway be in violation of local, state, or federal laws.
Special knowledge and tools:
By purchasing repair parts from GoodmanRepairParts.com you acknowledge and affirm that you have the required technical ability to safely and correctly replace the purchased part or you acknowledge and affirm you will use a third party that has the required technical ability to safely and correctly replace the purchased parts.
Any repair part requiring the opening of the refrigeration system requires special knowledge and equipment to replace the repair part. By purchasing a repair part which requires the opening of the refrigeration system , you acknowledge and affirm that you have the required technical ability and equipment to safely and correctly replace the purchased part or you acknowledge and affirm you will use a third party that has the required technical ability to safely and correctly replace the purchased part.
Federal EPA regulations state that you must be certified under section 608 of the Clean Air Act to work on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. An EPA certified person must handle the refrigerant contained in a unit/system. Purchaser hereby assumes full responsibility for safe and proper installation in accordance with their local code requirements.
GoodmanRepairParts.com reserves the right to not sell repair parts that require special knowledge or tools in order to be properly installed or applied or that can present a danger to life or property when not properly installed. In these instances, we would refer you to your local Independent Goodman dealer.
You, the customer, assume responsibility for the correct diagnosis of the problem with your heating and cooling system. GoodmanRepairParts.com and any Agent of GoodmanRepairParts.com cannot under any circumstance perform a complete and accurate diagnosis of any heating and cooling system over the phone or by email. You assume all responsibility for the correct diagnosis of the problem and selection of the correct repair part.
You, the customer, assume full responsibility for the proper installation of any repair parts purchased from GoodmanRepairParts.com. GoodmanRepairParts.com and any Agent of GoodmanRepairParts.com cannot under any circumstance ensure proper installation of any repair part over the phone or by email.
